Shipping Costs
Orders to any UK Address will be charged at £2:50.
Orders to any Western European country will be charged at £7:50
Orders to any Eastern European country will be charged at £15.00

Orders to Eastern European Countries
A Pro-Forma invoice will be emailed to the card holder for agreement and confirmation of the final invoice total. The order will then be processed and despatched.
Our Guarantee
We guarantee the book you purchase will reach you in good condition.
If it doesn''t arrive in a satisfactory condition or you do not want to keep it for any reason, please return the item to us (within 30 days of receipt) and we will replace or refund the full cost of the book.
Shipping and handling expenses are not subject to refund unless the book was damaged or we shipped you the wrong product. If so, we will absorb the costs to send you the correct item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please Note: In compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the personal details we require is the minimum information we need to process your credit card.
Cancellation
Under the United Kingdom''s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. You can cancel any item from your order, provided that we have not yet begun to process it. Please email us with your instructions and you will receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation.
Our Refund Policy
You may return any item(s) you have purchased from Bushwood Books under the following conditions.
- Within 14 days of invoice date, and
- In unused ( or re-saleable condition).
When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item, then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within two weeks of our receiving your return.
You will receive full refund of the cost of item(s) purchased but not the cost of delivery either way unless we are at fault.
If the refund does not appear in your account after four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our refund policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item(s) to you and pay your costs of returning it to us ( by refunding your return delivery costs).
Bushwood Books will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights
